How to play

Place one sun in every row, every column and every colour. No two suns may touch, not even at a corner. Every board has exactly one answer and can be solved by reasoning alone, so you never have to guess.

Tap a square to cross it out, double-tap to place a sun. Stuck on a set level? Hint shows the next move and explains why it works. The Daily Challenges have no hints.

Common questions

Why didn't my daily time count? A wrong sun voids that day's time, even if you undo it. You still see your time, marked with a star, but it isn't ranked.
When do new dailies arrive? At midnight Eastern Time (Toronto, New York).
Someone's leaderboard name is offensive or inappropriate. Tell us with Report a name, which is also under the leaderboard and in Help. We review every report and remove names that break the rules.
Do I need an account? No. Sunoku has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress is kept on your device.
